SAFETY GUIDELINES

ShesBallin Events are a celebration of our youth! We hope to allow opportunities for our youth to shine. We aim to provide a positive experience for players and spectators. The following measures will be taken to attempt to keep all safe and return our youth to some productive normalcy. We appreciate your understanding in the measures we are taking that may be an inconvenience but is a sincere attempt to protect all involved.

Spectator Safety

ALL patrons must have a face mask on to enter the facility, players included. 

Watch Remotely- To ensure that fans can view the event online, all games will be live streamed and/or taped for later viewing.

Pre-Entry Screening-

To attempt to ensure the safety of spectators, parents, players, officials, college coaches and tournament/facility workers, all entrants will have their temperature scanned BEFORE entering the event. Entrants with a temperature exceeding 100.4 degrees will NOT be permitted in the event. The temperature scans will be completed using a hand held thermal scanner on the forehead or temple of each entrant. This non-invasive system will allow for minimal inconvenience while attempting to protect all in involved.

We encourage any spectator with a history of illness or a compromised immune system to not attend the event if their physician deems them high risk.

By entering facilities each spectator agrees that they have not had symptoms such as:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

Spectators UPDATE- 

We have revised some admission procedures. Please note the attached email from ACA Sportsplex. Please share this info with your parents.

Admission- We will not offer advanced tickets as the system was not practical and potentially would have caused more congestion than cash transactions. 
We ask that ALL patrons be prepared to pay the daily admissions prices with exact change is possible 

Saturday Admission – $15
Sunday Admission- $12

Per the attachment, even though facilities can operate at full capacity, we will still limit attendance to less than 75% of capacity. This should allow for 35 spectators per team and still allow for plenty of room for patrons to have some personal space. 

Face Masks are MANDATORY for ALL spectators to enter and MUST BE worn when in close proximity of others. This includes players that are NOT playing in games. 

Again, ALL spectators MUST have a mask to enter the facility. 

To accommodate patrons that do not feel comfortable attending the games live, we will live stream all games at ACA.

Unfortunately, the Cornerstone and SOA facilities will NOT be livestreamed.
